Microsoft Launcher Gains Android 10 Gesture Controls


Microsoft has rolled out a new update for its Microsoft Launcher application. The popular Android app has added one important new ability that brings the launcher in line with the newest version of Android.

Specifically, Microsoft Launcher now supports Android 10 gestures. Among the gestures supported are a swipe up from the bottom of the screen to go to the Home screen.

To switch between applications, users can now swipe up from the bottom, hold, and then release. Finally, to navigate back, swipe from either the left or right of the screen.

It is worth noting this latest Microsoft Launcher update bumps the app to version 5.11.
